@VicGarland3 @MatthewHocking2 @DVSA_HelpMe @DVSAgovuk Yes it probably does, but the frustration with the whole system leads to those wanting a test to do this. It was the only way. We were prepared to travel if needed and know of some friends who have travelled 100’s of miles to a test centre. It’s an option you don’t have to do it!
