@MikePMoffatt More frustrating, we did this on our own dime, no fed/prov/muni funds so we were not encumbered by restrictive policy set by them and we still hit bureaucratic walls.

@MikePMoffatt Other is CMHC. we built 27 units, our proforma set rent at 350/mth less than avg. rent in the city. CMHC said nope, you need another 110,000/yr in rev. to qualify for the low rate mortgage, putting us right back to market rate rent. Frustrating, our bus. plan would have worked.
