Many people are intimidated by “working out”. But “something” is always better than nothing.
Go take a light walk. Do simple yoga exercises or just stretch.
Just do some type of activity for your body. Keep it simple. Start today.
Don’t drink all your calories.
Save calories by drinking water, various teas or black coffee. Skip the whipped cream and sugar in your coffee, give up soda🥤 and juices with lots of high fructose corn syrup. Save the calories for eating REAL food.
@la_malaaa Noo. You should be doing multiple exercises in the gym. If you work your butt. Do 3 exercises gluteus minimus, medius, Maximus. Aka lower butt, middle cheeks, the bottom cuff.
