Apparently despite liking the anime my hate is 'so forced' (as shown below). Let me make something clear, based on definition, the plot is a sequence of interconnected, cause-and-effect events that make up a story/narrative.
A premise is a statement or idea assumed to be true that serves as the foundation for a logical argument, theory, or storyline
Solo Leveling has a very good PREMISE. But there isn't really a sequence of events that pushes and pulls back and forth to say it has a good plot.
It is a guy, who has a fuck ton of aura, giving aura. His motivation is understandable and I respect it.
This appeals to me. I think it looks cool. That does not mean that it is peak, just because of aura. It's a power fantasy, plain and simple. I would not recommend this anime to someone who values story. This is just common sense.
@heyjay_xo As someone who genuinely does like Solo Levelling. It's Solo Levelling. I'm not gonna lie to myself, just because I like something doesn't automatically mean it's good it just means it appeals to me and I'm fine with that.

My brain is fuzzy.
I have concluded the answer to my brain being fuzzy is Diet Pepsi
If my conclusion is incorrect, then I will adapt my method to include Monster
Pretty easily. Like, even outside of the "you can't please everyone" mentality it's very common for neurodivergent and mentally ill people to not be liked, just generally speaking, because people subconsciously pick up on differences and are off-put by them oftentimes before anything even happens.
That being said.
People not liking me isn't the end of the world. People who make up their minds seldom change them. They can continue to dislike me, and I'll continue to move on with my life.
I feel so bad that I have such a (currently) free schedule because it means that at what is basically 6 AM or even earlier for other people I'm messaging them with nonsense they have to wake up to.
Sorry @OfficialOrionv@Chotiracreme 😭
So like, am I the only one with skeeter syndrome where the trick of "stick a metal spoon in boiling water, let it cool enough not to cause injury and put it on the bite" does not work? Or am I just double unlucky?
