It looks like antis have been screenshotting posts and sending them to the judges attention. Since he’s never been on Twitter, he’s interpreting it as an issue he needs to address, then misplacing blame on team KR when they have nothing to do with it.

I have to give her credit.
One thing I've always respected is that she follows the information wherever it leads, even when it challenges something she previously believed.
That said...I couldn't help but smile when I heard her say it's becoming increasingly difficult to rule Colin Albert out completely, and that the possibility of Higgins' Jeep being in the Kelleher driveway is starting to make sense.

Because these are questions many of us have been asking for years.
Not because we "knew" the answers, but because there were gaps that never seemed fully explained.
Where was Higgins' Jeep?
Could it have been across the street?
If he was parked at the mailbox how did he not see colin or even Allie pull into the driveway?
Are we absolutely certain about everyone's timeline?

Those questions weren't crazy three years ago, and they aren't crazy today.
What's interesting is that this isn't really a new theory. It's more of a recognition that some of the questions people have been raising all along still haven't been definitively answered.

I appreciate Samantha being willing to say publicly that she can't rule something out simply because she'd like to. That's what following the evidence looks like.
The truth doesn't care what any of us want the answer to be.
So while I may be fighting the urge to say "I told you so," I genuinely respect anyone who is willing to revisit assumptions when new information, or a fresh look at old information, points in a different direction.

One of the more interesting developments from Judge Gildea today may not have been what he ruled on, but what happened after the Colin Albert dispute landed on his desk.

As detailed in Aaron Rosenberg's now-stricken letter, Rosenberg claims Colin Albert's attorney, James Tuxbury, accused him of misrepresenting facts to the Court and insisted that he clarify the record. Rosenberg then filed a letter explaining why he had previously stated that Colin Albert had refused to appear for deposition, arguing he was referring to a broader pattern of conduct involving discovery disputes, scheduling issues, and availability concerns.

Technically, Judge Gildea struck the filing because it lacked the required certificate of service. That was the procedural reason. However, what happened next is what caught my attention.

Gildea not only issued a separate order directing that letters from counsel are not to be docketed without a certificate of service, but he also ordered every attorney in the O'Keefe v. Read/Canton Bars case to provide a list of all currently scheduled depositions, including the deponent, date, and time.

Could those events be unrelated? Absolutely.. the timing is difficult to ignore.

Over the last several weeks, the Court has dealt with multiple disputes involving depositions. Every hearing there has been some back and forth with the attorney's regarding them. Rather than entertain competing narratives through attorney letters, Gildea appears to be demanding something much simpler: hard information (who is being deposed and when).

Importantly, he did not ask for information regarding Colin Albert alone. He asked for every deposition in the case. That suggests the Court's concern may be broader than a single witness. It may be about obtaining a complete picture of discovery and determining whether this case is progressing as it should as deadlines continue to approach.

Whether anyone is intentionally avoiding a deposition is ultimately for the Court to decide. But after today's filings, it certainly appears Judge Gildea wants less storytelling, fewer side disputes, and a much clearer understanding of where every deposition stands.

This is my son with Kyle Busch after winning the 2017 Snowball Derby.

This was the very first picture Kyle took after lifting the trophy. I’ll never forget his first words to my son. “Hey buddy! You love Florida State?!”

At the time, according to him, the biggest win of his career. He could’ve said no… he could’ve celebrated with friends and crew… but he didn’t. He chose to hang out with my son.
