🚨 Hiring: AI Video Ad Creator (High Volume)
We're looking for a talented AI video creator who specializes in producing high-quality ad creatives.
These aren't simple one-click AI videos. We already have reference ads and a clear creative direction—we need someone who can recreate that style while delivering polished, engaging, and conversion-focused videos consistently.
Requirements:
• Experience creating AI video ads for paid social
• Ability to match existing creative styles
• Strong sense of editing, pacing, and storytelling
• Consistent quality with reliable turnaround times
Workload: Around 100 videos per month.
If you're interested, please:
• Share your portfolio or relevant examples
• Mention the AI tools you use (Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, etc.)
• Feel free to tag or recommend someone who would be a great fit
Looking forward to seeing your work!
@iwo_cybulski I made a full CRO for a brand and redesigned the full website! You can't imagine how crazy these things are selling; they're running hundreds of ads!

While I was looking for my next winning product...
I came across a strange men's bracelet.
At first, I wasn't even sure why people were buying it.
So I started investigating.
I found multiple Shopify stores spending heavily on ads to sell the exact same product.
Then I looked at their websites...
Most of them weren't terrible because of the product.
They were terrible because they weren't building trust.
So instead of moving on, I picked one brand and redesigned one section of its homepage using Shopify Liquid.
(Insert your hero redesign image.)
It was an interesting exercise because it reminded me of something:
Sometimes, you don't need a better product.
You need a better first impression.
That's exactly what CRO is about.
If you're running a Shopify store and you'd like me to audit one section for free, comment "HERO" below and I'll choose a few stores to redesign publicly.
Missing the most important and the easiest thing ever when you start a brand-new brand is going to cost you thousands of dollars if you don't audit it first!
How I actually decide when to kill a Meta ad vs let it run, the exact framework I use across every client account:
Day 1: launch the ad.
Day 5 to 7: first check. Pull the last 5 to 7 days of data.
> If 7dc ROAS is above target, increase budget 20 to 30%.
> If 7dc ROAS is below target, hold. Do NOT kill it yet.
Day 10: second check. This is where most operators get it wrong.
Pull the last 5 days AND the last 10 days side by side.
> Last 5 days above target: scale up 20%.
> Last 5 days below target BUT last 10 days above target: keep it running. The ad is fluctuating, not dying.
> Last 5 days below target AND last 10 days below target: now you kill it.
The reason this matters: ads fluctuate in 5 to 7 day cycles all the time. Week 1 prints, week 2 dips, week 3 climbs back. If you panic-kill on the week 2 dip, you just murdered a winner.
The rolling 10 to 14 day window is what tells you if the ad is actually losing or just breathing.
