I am deeply honored to be named among the @BBC100women , recognizing the 100 most influential and inspiring women worldwide, alongside brave and courageous voices from across the globe. This recognition is the result of the collective struggle of Baloch women, the families of missing persons, and brave Baloch rights activists.
Despite facing extreme oppression, the Baloch people continue their fight for justice and human rights. This acknowledgment is a beacon of hope for all marginalized communities, affirming the power of resistance against injustice.
I humbly dedicate this honor to the courageous Baloch mothers and my Baloch Nation , despite facing enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and relentless oppression, they have chosen resistance over silence. Their unwavering resolve and active struggle inspire us all in this journey for justice.
Thank you, BBC for amplifying our voices and recognizing our fight.

Many are saying the death rate is 65+ and some are even quoting it to be around 100.
All we know is that our hospitals are incapable of treating blast victims of such level. Allah sab ko apni amaan main rakhe.
This should enrage ALL QUETTA.

FT: Pakistan 5-2 Korea
Pakistan beat Korea to claim third place in Asian Champions Trophy. Good campaign overall. Hopefully we stick with Tahir Zaman as coach and work on our deficiencies going forward especially in terms of discipline, penalty corners and shootouts.

I am deeply irked to learn that Karachi airport authorities barred prominent Baloch rights activist Sammi Deen from flying out of the country on Sunday, despite her holding a valid visa, ticket, and all necessary travel documents.
This is a clear attempt not only to deny basic human rights, including the right to movement, but also to restrict information and silence voices that speak about Balochistan. It is clear that why Sammi is not being allowed to travel abroad because she is a vocal advocate who has actively highlighted human rights violations in Balochistan.
From the last few days, there has been a significant amount of criticism regarding our stance on the violence against unarmed civilians in Balochistan. From the day one, my position has been very clear: we are peaceful activists committed to non-violence. Both BYC and I strongly oppose any form of violence, regardless of ethnicity, race, political, or religious affiliation. The solution to Balochistan conundrum lies in the rule of law, which those in power don’t want because chaos strengthens their grip on power.
Since yesterday people have started attacking @MahrangBaloch_. Remember, Mahrang is one who offered talks, but state acted violently in Gwadar and Islamabad. After her father's brutal murder, she chose peaceful movement. Instead of blaming her, focus on Islamabad's policies.

@Javidbalochi Pulling civilians out of busses and , checking their passports and shooting them isn't exactly the ideal fight, I know because it happened in my village today. And Musakhel is a Pashtoon region, boundaries are not this simple.

"Instead of cash rewards, I urge the Govt of Pakistan and companies to establish training centers and gyms in Arshad Nadeem’s name. This will ensure future athletes don’t face the same challenges he did, inspiring and empowering the next generation. #SupportYouth#ArshadNadeem
