@Johnnyspirou101@CentralScruty Came here to say this, bloodborne ALMOST gets there but it never utilises it in any way because you can warp to any lantern, so there was less emphasis on using the design space. ER DLC was soo damn peak, and somehow managed to get away with it even with teleports!
@elonmusk@boringcompany Are you STILL fucking rabbiting on about the fucking hyperloop, a mode of transport that is physically impossible to implement ๐ค
Can you explain AT ALL, how exactly you could build hundreds of miles of tube that you need to have continously decompressed for cheaper than rail?
@TierZoo ... ALSO the appeal of ygo being "fast" is insane, because yes it's fast if you definie the length of a game by raw turns. If Your opp goes first, a game does not feel fucking fast by any stretch of the imagination, 15 min of watching a guy shuffle cards feels like an hour
@TierZoo I quit ygo in 2019 for all the same reasons the game is bad now, the same complaints have been levied against ygo for a long time now. It's honestly astonishing they got 7 more years out of the game at the pace it was going at...
@TierZoo ... Goat format really was awesome and other formats of the time but now basically every deck is a combo deck designed to stop your opponent playing the game! What. Is. The. Appeal.
@TierZoo ... And the players that are casual players are... Well ykno, the stereotype. The game is insanely expensive, you need to keep buying cards you can be a new player and misstime getting into the game and get entirely blown out as a result of banning...
@TierZoo ... The tournament rules are ABYSMAL so how is this game even appealing to comp players? Basically only 1 format so there loads of cards you might like with zero room to play them, ygo needs a commander format badly! There zero room for casual players...
@TierZoo ... The current players lack of ability to see any complaints about the game as being legit is strange. Objectively the game is a horrible tcg to get into, a lot of games you barely even have a game going on, 1 player combos and you lose or handtrap them and then you win...
