Today I attended the Kanya Suraksha Yatra at Bankura, organized by the Bankura Organizational District.
The event drew huge crowds, who came to the streets protesting against the repeated atrocities on Women across the State of West Bengal. From RG Kar to Kasba Law College, such atrocities are a shameful reflection of the negligence and incompetence of this State Govt.
