ایک اور معاملہ جو فری بجلی کی خوشی میں نظر انداز ہو رہا ہے کہ

بجلی مفت ہو گئی ہے تو پانی کا غیر ضروری استعمال ہو رہا ہے اور کپاس کی جگہ لوگوں نے چاول کاشت کرنا شروع کر دیے ہیں۔
پہلے ہی گراؤنڈ واٹر سٹریس میں ہے ،مزید 5-10 سال میں ختم ہی نہ ہو جائے۔

اس پر بھی غور کرنا چاہیے

کسانوں کے ہاتھ میں سولر والے ٹیوب ویلز یعنی بند کے ہاتھ میں ماچس ثابت ہو رہے۔ مطلب ٹیوب ویل مرتی فصل کو زیادہ دیر تک پانی کی قلت سے بچانے کیلئے استعمال کرنا سمجھ آتا۔ لیکن بہاولپور جیسے صحرائی علاقے میں جہاں زمینی پانی ریچارج کیلئے سالانہ بارش بہت کم ہوتی، یہ بہت غلط ہے۔

Major repairs and addition of Major missing missing facilties remain with the government during to high CAPEX. The same model exists across the golbe for outsourcing of social sector services.

Her good works like green buses, metros, safe cities etc will slow down due to budget cut, she is responsible for it.

If savings from outsourcing and better efficiency are used for general development in respective fields or otherwise, it makes sense. If they lower provincial share to lower taxes it still makes sense

What doesn't make sense is using it for unproportional funding of federal govt
