@podigious Point for a kids show before 9/11. Just wondering what the cultural reasoning is behind all this, why Japan can show kids these things, and why the US in contrast doesn’t.

@podigious So far we’ve had knives in childrens faces, force feeding, head stabbing etcetera and I can’t help but feel they’d either be censored in a dub or have a 12+ age rating slapped into it. Even in Adventure, original adventure, they were able to have terrorist bombings as a plot

@podigious Why did they decide to give poor poor saberdramon the turkey neck ball giblets? The only art I can find of saberdramon with them is the original TCG, ever since they’ve had a nice birdramon like neck.

@podigious I think it’s safe to say a lot, A LOT, of this series was built on the criticisms of Adventure 2020, I’m really hyped that they’re setting up a moral debate about killing Digimon and exploring the trust in Digimon that have dark evolved. Here’s hoping Cherrymon and Dracmon 1/2
