@cvspharmacy I called RI because I want2 speak w/ CS in the US I was put on hold 15 minutes the 1st time by a receptionist. 2 more calls to RI HQ & saying I was going 2 write about this behavior & sent straight 2 hold again! Still no CS I’m fed up with CVS!

1/2 I called CS 2day regarding my visit 2 the local CVS I had 2 come then go back 2 the store again! 1st the overseas CS was inhospitable Particularly when I said I should just shop at Walgreens She said that was fine. After my 2nd trip 2 the store I called HQ in RI
