tldr; thanks to our framework it is possible to predict how a local homeostatic mechanism is reflected on the global functionality of the whole network. The implementation of such a simple local rule may significantly improve the large-scale connectivity of the whole system. 6/6

We show that a single instance of the damage response process is analytically solvable in our model, provided that there is no initial correlation between weight and degrees. This particular case might be relevant when modelling a network whose response is relatively slow. 5/6
