Great to be inquisitive and ask ‘WHY’ also great from a challenge perspective too. However, don’t be lazy in asking WHY. Stop and have a think for yourself- WHY might they do that? Often my reply to WHY is ‘have a think about it’. Dont really on spoon feeding!

In drop jumps you may be comparing apples with oranges if you don’t cross reference RSI or CT etc with “effective drop height”. Just because they started on a 40cm box it doesn’t mean they’ve landed from 40cm. EDH also not reported in many studies either?!?!
