A SAD DAY FOR FOOTBALL
The video making the rounds this morning is heartbreaking.
Jesús de Miguel, 30, striker for CD Tenerife, has tragically passed away following a horrific collision with FC Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono during their Spanish Segunda División (second division) encounter yesterday being Monday.
The collision happened in the closing moments of the game, leaving De Miguel unconscious on the pitch. He suffered a cardiac arrest, was rushed to hospital and, sadly, lost his life in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Today.
I may not have followed his career, but no football player deserves to die like this. Beyond the goals, the rivalries and the competition, footballers are human beings, and life is far more important than the game.
My thoughts are with his family, friends, teammates and everyone at CD Tenerife.
Rest in peace, Jesús de Miguel. Gone far too soon.

Four months ago, I was struggling to find my feet on this app. It was really difficult.
There were times I just wanted to give up, but I had to keep reminding myself why I started in the first place.
Four months later, I got monetized, and today, I received my first X payout. 🥳
I'm grateful to my amazing mutuals and everyone who has made this platform enjoyable for me.❤
Cheers to bigger payouts and greater milestones! 🥂🎉
Cucurella, Chelsea
Huijsen, Bournemouth
Konaté, Liverpool
Trent Alexander Arnold, Liverpool
All these players you’re bragging about came through the Premier League. It makes me wonder, has La Liga produced any baller since Lionel Messi?
One of the greatest or arguably the best world Cup ever.
Entertaining !

Classics in decades to come
A match to remember for a lifetime!
Only LIONEL MESSI makes such happen.

Bruno Fernandes shared his view on their midweek result as a potential turning point for their season. Fernandes strongly pushed back against reports surrounding the club, stating:
"It was difficult, and speculation was rife in the media, and many lies spread about numerous things that happened inside the club, but matters between me and the manager were clear, and nothing of what was circulated happened."
He dismissed narratives that the team was playing under extreme pressure to save jobs, the captain emphasized the internal drive of the dressing room.
Looking ahead, Bruno Fernandes noted:
"This does not change my goal of winning every match that awaits me... It should be a turning point."
