Eng. Luka Kipchumba Kimeli, DG @KeNHAKenya 🫡
I greet you today in the name of Lord Vishnu.
Not because I suspect you practice Hinduism, but because your fear for Lord Jesus is clearly at zero.
Probably because of Pastor Kanyari and his colleagues who’ve been using that name as a business name for so long you stopped taking it seriously.
But be assured Engineer, He is still very much operational.
I come to you most days NOT because I want your job.
I come because I genuinely believe your employment letter has my name written all over it.
Now look at this image.
That mountain of sand.
Sitting. In the MIDDLE of Waiyaki Way.
Opposite Njuguna’s place.
On one of the busiest highways in East Africa.
Just sitting there for days.
No warning signs.
No barriers. No apology. Just sand.
Proud sand. Unbothered sand.
Engineer, I know your children are abroad. Safe. Warm.
Probably in a country where a civil servant would lose sleep and their job if they left a sand mountain on a highway overnight.
But Wafula from Kangemi?
His children are squeezed in a single room in Kangemi.
They have nowhere to go.
But they want to see him come home.
Not in a casket.
Kamau from Kinoo?
Yes he drinks.
Yes he’s occasionally useless to his family on weekends.
But even his family who have every reason to complain would still rather hear his noise every evening than attend his funeral because a contractor left unmarked sand on Waiyaki Way at night.
This is conduct unbecoming Engineer.
Your equivalent abroad where your children live loses sleep over things like this.
You? You’re sleeping like a man with zero outstanding items.
You and I must agree on one thing today.
Let us hate mediocrity together.
Let us set a bare minimum, you from UoN, me from Kingeero Polytechnic and agree that mountains of sand on highways with zero warnings is below that minimum.
This has to be cleared today.
Not tomorrow. Today!
Your favorite villager. Still watching. Always watching. 👀
The latest county revenue data highlights a sharp contrast in financial management between Kiambu and Baringo.
Kiambu County generated KSh 3.35 billion in own-source revenue in the 2024/2025 financial year, a 27.2% increase from 2022/2023, and spent only KSh 82 million on travel.
By comparison, Baringo collected just KSh 250 million in the same period, yet its travel expenditure of about KSh 302.9 million exceeded its total own-source revenue.
The figures raise serious questions about spending priorities and Baringo’s ability to fund development from its own resources.
Baringo is richly endowed with livestock, leather, tourism, fisheries, agriculture, minerals, and investment potential, but these advantages have not translated into strong local revenue.
The real challenge is not a lack of resources, but how they are managed, developed, and turned into sustainable economic value.
The solution is not higher taxes, but economic growth through sealing revenue leakages, digitizing collection, commercializing county assets, attracting investors, and supporting local businesses.
A new leadership approach is needed — one that treats Baringo as an engine of wealth creation, not just an administrative unit.
With an entrepreneurial, disciplined, and business-minded approach focused on value chains, tourism, modernized markets, and investor attraction, Baringo can reduce dependence on national allocations and invest more in roads, health, water, education, and youth empowerment.
The time for change is now: Baringo has all the ingredients for success and can become one of Kenya’s leading counties in revenue, jobs, and development.
Davis Lichuma was always seen holding the Constitution in his hands in every Gen Z protest. It is always his armour. At the protests, he stood with arms crossed, clutching a copy of the Constitution, a visual that made him one of the enduring faces of the 2025 Gen Z demonstrations.

Why charge 2,000 for an inspection if such a PSV passes the test and is allowed on our roads? @WehliyeMohamed kindly answer without mentioning Gachagua
Weston Hotel Title Deed is in the name of Naomi.
1600 acres Ruai Sewerage Land is in the name of Naomi.
2600 acres land was acquired through Agricultural Finance Corporation
900 acre land in Kilgoris was acquired through Agricultural Finance Corporation
Guess who the chairman of Agricultural Finance Corporation was when the title deeds were being processed. Guess.
James Mulamba: Former First Lady Margaret Kenyatta was pushing for the Beyond Zero campaign; the current First Lady prefers praying to solve our problems.
She praised herself that the rains were because of prayers...

@ItsJeffreyJeff Ata Mimi heri uniue kuliko kulipwa mia mbili.
You're betraying your country, your kin, your folks your peers, your community your friends and even yourself because no sane person can say tutam ju ya 200 ama ata ni wansigisti.
If you're betraying everything let it not be for 200
Riggy G reveals that journalist Verah Moraa who aired Ruto’s gallery of lies on Standard media is being trailed 24/7 by government and there are plans to shut down several media houses & internet before the 2027 general elections 🙄
It has reached a point where we are fighting for justice for guys in both wantam and tutam. Bad governance doesn’t spare anyone.
A tutam guy was shot by the bodyguard of Fikirini. The same guy was capable of mobilizing goons to injure us.
EACC officers arrest Nyamira County Assembly Deputy Clerk Leonard Kevin Nyamasege over alleged Ksh.30M procurement irregularities. He was found hiding in the ceiling
In KENYA,
USAID was forcing HIV counsellors to forcibly and falsely look for HIV POSITIVE numbers even when the data was inaccurate.
USAID forced midwives to insert hormonal implants into every postpartum woman, and in return paid midwives some incentives.
USAID was a scam.
In Ikolomani, Kakamega County, a worrying trend is emerging, with claims that the government is arresting or abducting anyone opposed to the gold mining activities planned for the area.
I think after every Presidential tenure, there is need for a Post Presidential review committee with recommendations.
See whether that President gets to enjoy life as a civilian or Jail. Whether they get retirement benefits or we recover state assets and jail.
Whether policies they champions have to be reversed. Such and such.
This will make the holder of the office understand the prior to their actions the consequences of their actions one they leave office.
Ama niteme jaba?
We demand #JusticeForCecilOtieno .
Fikirini Jacobs must come out clear.
