We've launched a new incubator for Cloud Kitchen Startups... it's called @LAUNCH Cloud Kitchen (LiCK!)

Some details:

1. It's a 14-week program to help entrepreneurs start, build, and scale a food business.

2. As I’m sure you are aware, a cloud kitchen (aka ghost kitchen) is a virtual restaurant operated like a regular restaurant but without dine-in.

3. There is a unique opportunity for founders to create the next legendary culinary brand enabled by these booming platforms, and we would like to accelerate the process for them.

4. The LCK will provide mentorship on kitchen economics, business operations, digital marketing, sales, branding, and fundraising.

5. We’ll accept seven entrepreneurs for our first cohort beginning in fall 2023.

We are looking for:

✅ Successful tech entrepreneurs interested in the food/ghost kitchen space

✅ Food entrepreneurs who want to expand in the ghost kitchen space

✅ Entrepreneurs or chefs looking for a co-founder

Blaming spammy restaurants on their infra is like saying that coworking spaces contribute to bad cos.

A virtual restaurant can oftentimes be just a menu, that's listed on a delivery platform, and similar to how people game SEO, some restaurants game the visibility on the platforms via multiple listings.
