@C_Hendrick @Xris32 Would be nice if there was a fast track course that took industry experience into account so mid life people, who did not have the privilege to go to university, can move into teaching.

@C_Hendrick @Xris32 Taught for 18 years as a subject specialist, worked with the SA DfE designing lesson plans for rural teachers. Now in the U.K. desperate to be a qualified teacher (it’s a salary thing) but I can’t as I don’t have a degree. No way around this, apparently. Crushing.

@C_Hendrick @Xris32 Mentioning this as it’s ironic to read schools are struggling to find teachers but I am a teacher, I want to be in a classroom but I can’t be employed as one and non qualified teacher salaries are low for doing the same amount of work. I can’t be the only one.

@saudihawks we absolutely loved your display at the RIAT23! Long shot but my husband picked up 4 fab posters, 1 signed by the display squad, then he got caught in a downpour and the posters are ruined. Is there any chance I can get 4 more posters? I will gladly pay. TIA!
