@brownishpanther @Jennie62206618 @UOHelpMe@UrbanOutfitters who did you contact? Their customer service number says that they’ve got an emergency (v long emergency as they’ve had it all week) and their email address bounces back! Not impressed.
@UOHelpMe@UOHelpMeEurope I have been trying to contact you - your uk customer service tel no and email doesn’t work and noonw in store answers the phone. My daughter has an uo coat and the zip has broken within 3 months of buying it. How do I get the coat replaced?
@MrMountstevens@TeacherTapp Okay point taken but where is the questionnaire asking about the children’s needs....? Light hearted or not, this post hasn’t left me in a great place as the parent of a child who has been home schooled since March with less than 2 hours contact time with a teacher.
@MrMountstevens@TeacherTapp So what’s not to like? The perception that this post creates. That there’s no consideration of the children’s needs here. That our children haven’t been In school since March and the first thing we’re talking about is longer school holidays.
@CeriDawnJackson @SueDMartin I can’t tell you how pleased I am for you all. I’ve searched for mal’s progress every week since I heard your story on radio and am just delighted that he’s now home with you where he belongs. Just amazing!
@rayf11@viagogo@viagogo I a@waiting a reply to my emails. I paid £250 for a ticket where the face value was £104 and at no point did you ever declare this. I only saw it when I received the ticket.
This is illegal.
@simonpatel@viagogo I have just received tickets with a face value of £104 and Viagogo have charged me £250. Nowhere did they declare the face value until I received them which is illegal. @viagogo I want a refund and will keep going until I get one. It’s an absolute disgrace.
