These are exceptionally challenging times for #carehomes in Scotland. We have the highest number of #Covid outbreaks since Feb and sadly the highest number of deaths since March. Please do all you can to support your local care home residents and workforce.

Cool study, with much to consider. Struck by the reduction in the lethality of frailty in the intervention group. It’s promising and sensible: we know that lethality varies by sex, social vulnerability, and age. Result echoes CGA: to be alive and in your own home for longer.
