@FoxNews @CNN @ABC @NBCNews @CBSNews @UHC It is beyond unconscionable to tell someone on a recorded line that they would have their insurance reinstated and be paid back for any cash paid only to be told three days before Christmas that that's not going to happen. It's evil and @UHC can't be allowed to do it.

Hey @FoxNews @CNN @ABC @NBCNews @CBSNews @UHC disenrolled my mom without her knowledge due to her mental decline. We found out when she needed emergency services. On 12/4, they said on a recorded line that they would reinstate it and cover all out of pocket. Today they said

@foxnews @cnn @abc @nbcnews @cbsnews @uhc continued .... They aren't going to fulfill their promise and they acknowledged on a recorded line that they had already told us on 12/4 that they'd reinstate her and pay for out of pocket.

So in short, @uhc lied to a dementia patient.
