What a beautiful film, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. Great line when Juliette holds the Bible and says, this is a book full of love and you are using it to be judgmental and mean. A huge challenge to us all

@shelgha It is a nougat wafer, popular in NI, and Scotland I have now discovered. A marshmallow layer, ice cream layer, topped with a wafer. This is a single one, you can also get a double. So there you are.
