Can someone from DFS please tell me how you can sell a sofa that is faulty, that’s had 8 engineer visits, 3 repairs and extra feet added for support and still refuse to credit or refund?. This has been going on for 18 months with the fault appearing weeks after delivery. @DFS

@toadmeister It’s not purely about the risk to children but also the risk to the adults who will work with them. If children can transmit the virus (I’m not a medical expert) then surely this is a risk to both teachers and the families of the children. Children can’t social distance either.
