@bankwithsmile I’ve had a Smilemore account for 25+ years. The first time I need to use the travel insurance through Axa has proved extremely stressful. I don’t see the point paying for a service that is unreliable. With many alternative banks, perhaps it time to move on.

@axainsurance you have accepted my travel claim (weeks ago) but keep telling me “the chq is in the post”. You ignore my emails and fob me off whenever I (finally) get through by phone. Dreadful way to treat a pension who is £13,000 out of pocket,

They left Keir's Labour troops well placed for success
All set for five years to clean up the mess
Campaigning all done, the teams gave a whistle,

@e_casalicchio Same question came up at last night’s hustings in Bransgore - he was a lot more subdued in his reply, probably didn’t want another dressing down from the eloquent Green candidate.

Yet again resort to X because we are unhappy with @OctopusEnergy! before they overcharged my father, now refusing to pay for months worth of exported electricity. We were told to submit readings, we did, now told these won’t be honoured. Also fed up with AI generated responses!
