@fly2ohare and @united can you help me? On 11/15 I flew from Chicago to Honolulu. Before take off someone turned in a coat, it didn’t occur to me that It was mine until we left the airport. I filled out a form online and it but I believe it’s at ord where can I go at ORD to ask?
