@LloydsBank so today is 15 days since the fraudulent activity on my account and I’ve received no call with an update. I tried to ring earlier was on hold for 50 minutes then the line went dead. I am APPALLED by how badly you are treating this case!! 😠
@LloydsBank I understand they need to investigate but when I first made you aware I was told in 15 days I would receive a call back & update, why has this not happened?
