Replied that there is delay in our shipments while on the contrary, we dispatch the day we get orders. It is your own delivery agents or parcel collecting guys who delay in delivery. How is this our fault? Kindly help and contact @amazonIN @amazon

A parcel was dispatched on 10dec and today it’s 26. The last update was on 13. Today your website says consignment details not found. Look at it kindly. DM for the tracking id and receipt. @IndiaPostOffice

Since y’all have discontinued registered book parcel,
the current rates for the same are unbelievable.The only option left for us is Registered parcel.The rates at rs60+for 500g+is already high&on top of that you’re charging money for your own packing materials? @IndiaPostOffice

I receive book parcels in the category of registered parcels from all over India. The senders pack them in their own unique ways. Why is it that in Assam (Dispur and Khanapara branch) the post master makes us buy their own packing material worth 24-26 for RP? @IndiaPostOffice

Is profit making the sole motive of such reputed government institutions? If yes, why hasn’t the government sold it yet? At least we would get some dependable services for the price. I need answers here so reply, will drag you to court if I have to. @IndiaPostOffice
