I have documents and other ways of proving time spent and legitimate legal living approval but as your @WeAreOpenreach system is so backward and ridged you think I’m not worthy of the installation of equipment @BT have been excellent but @OpenreachHelp and Openreach draconian!

@WeAreOpenreach I am absolutely appalled at your service, 3 cancelled orders with @BT because the address I live in you can’t find on Royal Mail, so no other evidence of legal living will suffice to your network teams and as such every time an order is placed with @BT 1/2

@OpenreachHelp Well three times the order has been put in three times it’s been rejected by your surveyours and told categorically that no way other than RM having the address that I can have a line installed dispute 10 plus other property’s all on same site having connections and same 1/2

@SuffolkPolice Great news I use the byways that are open when we are allowed too, and follow any restrictions really annoys me those other 4x4 and motorcycle users that think all the routes through Kingsxand surrounding areas are free off road ply sites ! We always go steady and stay on routes!
