$AMC CEO: “The fourth quarter of 2021 marks a meaningful milestone with positive EBITDA of more than $145 million, positive Operating Cash Generated of more than $215 million, and a record year-ending liquidity position of $1.8 billion.”
A thought provoking thread.
I am going to write this out without using the word synthetic shares or manipulation and put my tinfoil hat on the ground. I want you to look at all the tangible evidence and tell me what you see from the data that MM and SHF can’t report on.

Here is another wonderful idea that has come in from many of you. I am going to personally host some special movie screenings around the country, and get the chance to meet many of you. The first will be this Sunday evening December 5 in Los Angeles. More details to come.
Big newsflash! As promised, many new ways NOW to pay online at AMC. We proudly now accept: drumroll, please… Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin. Also Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Incredibly, they already account for 14% of our total online transactions! Dogecoin next.
Praise be! October movie ticket sale results show cinemas are finally on the rebound. First two weeks of October “domestic industry box office” grosses are more than $300 million and the biggest 14-day total since February of 2020, some twenty months ago. #TheBigScreenIsBack
Note, @IcebergResear initiated their short when $AMC was $51.96.
A month ago, on Sept 15th, they increased their short position, on $46.84.
$AMC is down 27% since their Sept 15th short.
This is so cool. Wonderful things happen for @AMCTheatres guests. Daniel Craig and Rami Malek surprised our moviegoers just before a sneak peak early screening of NO TIME TO DIE at the AMC Burbank @IMAX screen. in Burbank, California. The name is Bond, James Bond.
Some of you have suggested that as CEO of @AMCTheatres I’ve been playing chess while detractors played checkers. On the weekend that James Bond’s No Time to Die opens in the U.S., it feels more like AMC is playing 3-Dimensional Chess. To the naysayers, I say it loud: #CHOKEonTHAT
