@djmikeair@WalmartCanada I’m going to have to do a claim with Mastercard. The clincher? The store “manager” says the driver took a photo of the house when he “delivered” the groceries. But no groceries visible in the photo according to him (I can’t see it because 3 days later still says “delayed”).
Hey @WalmartCanada I ordered my weekly groceries to be delivered today 11am-12pm. It’s now 7:30pm and order online still says “delayed still in progress”. Walmart HO says it’s been delivered (no it hasn’t). No way to request a refund on app cause order “still in progress”. WTF.

@smith15111@Enercare Welp, spoke too soon. Mom just got another call from collections. This is full blown harassment with undertones of extortion. This is a nightmare scenario.
@smith15111@Enercare This is our situation exactly. Except they are calling and harassing my 80yr old widow mother who lives alone. She has nothing to do with any of this. This is likely happening to others. I am down for a class action lawsuit if this possible. @PatForanCTVNews we could use help.
@Enercare Welp, we did and this morning & we got YET ANOTHER email indicating our actual account has been cancelled for the third time in 6 months yet the second account that was open without our knowledge or consent is still open. We’ve emailed AGAIN but I have NO HOPE. This is harassment
So @Enercare has opened two accounts at our address with different names, and is calling my 80yr old Mom who doesn’t even live here with collections. This has been going on for over a year with ZERO help despite DOZENS of calls to customer service. Next stop, small claims court.
Pay your original account and the multiple ones they opened at your address without your permission go to collections! @Enercare are running major scams. It’s extortion and absolutely mind blowing!
You call their outsourced “customer service” in South America and NOBODY knows what they’re doing. You can NEVER speak to someone in Canada and if you ask for any changes to your account, they just open up a new one at your address under a name or someone who doesn’t live there!
Hey folks at @311Toronto looks like the ped crosswalk in front of @Timberbank_TDSB isn’t clear. Many school kids, pedestrians and strollers this AM had to mountain climb to use the crosswalk. Not safe.
