@GinsKaz @Enercare Jan 2024. and I found out when I started to be harassed. I have spent SO many hours on the phone and nothing has been resolved. They have acknowledged their error but haven’t fixed it. DCA still calling at least 5 times a day and at least 2 emails a day from enercare collections
