182 customers have paid for orders I currently cannot ship because the funds needed to pay my supplier are being held.

My dispute rate is 1.5%, with just $53 in reversals. No fraud.

I’ve offered a rolling reserve, staged releases against dispatch, volume caps, and other safeguards to address any concerns.

I have now engaged legal counsel regarding the situation, and I’m urgently requesting a review before this causes further harm to my customers, business, and reputation.

Every day this remains unresolved increases the risk that more of those 182 customers will be forced into chargebacks.
