“దిశ”ను ఉపసంహరించుకుంటూ చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో మహిళలు, చిన్నారులకు ఒక చీకటి రోజు. మహిళల భద్రతకు అండగా నిలిచిన ఒక సమగ్ర రక్షణ వ్యవస్థను రాజకీయ ఈర్ష్యతో నిర్వీర్యం చేయడం అత్యంత దురదృష్టకరం.

మహిళలు, చిన్నారులపై నేరాలు, దర్యాప్తులో జాప్యం, న్యాయప్రక్రియలో ఆలస్యం వంటి సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారంగా వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం “దిశ”ను తీసుకొచ్చింది. నేరం జరగకుండా నిరోధించడం నుంచి, నేరం జరిగితే వెంటనే స్పందించడం, బాధితులకు రక్షణ, వేగంగా దర్యాప్తు, ఫోరెన్సిక్‌ ఆధారాల సేకరణ, చార్జిషీటు, ప్రత్యేక కోర్టుల ద్వారా సత్వర న్యాయం వరకు ఒక సమగ్ర వ్యవస్థను నిర్మించాం.

దిశలో భాగంగా మహిళలు ప్రమాదంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు SOS బటన్‌ నొక్కినా, ఫోన్‌ను 5 సార్లు షేక్‌ చేసినా నిమిషాల వ్యవధిలో పోలీసులు స్పందించే వ్యవస్థ తీసుకొచ్చాం. 1.51 కోట్ల మంది దిశ యాప్‌ను డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకున్నారు. దిశ ద్వారా వచ్చిన 31,607 అత్యవసర కాల్స్‌ను అప్పట్లో మా ప్రభుత్వంలో పోలీసులు పరిష్కరించారు.

18 ప్రత్యేక మహిళా పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. ప్రతి గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయంలో మహిళా పోలీసును అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చి 13,500 మందితో క్షేత్రస్థాయి భద్రత, రిపోర్టింగ్‌ వ్యవస్థను నిర్మించాం. 900 ద్విచక్ర వాహనాలు, 163 నాలుగు చక్రాల వాహనాలతో ప్రత్యేక పెట్రోలింగ్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేశాం.

నేరస్తులు ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ తప్పించుకునే అవకాశం లేకుండా ఈ కేసుల దర్యాప్తులో శాస్త్రీయ ఆధారాలకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తూ ఆరు నగరాల్లో ఫోరెన్సిక్‌ వ్యవస్థను బలోపేతం చేశాం. సత్వర విచారణ కోసం 13 ప్రత్యేక POCSO కోర్టులు, 12 మహిళా ప్రత్యేక కోర్టులు ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. 2,17,467 మంది లైంగిక నేరస్తుల వివరాలతో ప్రత్యేక డేటాబేస్‌ను రూపొందించాం.అందుకనే దిశ విజయవంతగా మహిళలకు, చిన్నారులకు గొప్ప భద్రతా సేవలను అదించింది.

2017లో మహిళలపై నేరాల దర్యాప్తుకు సగటున 156 రోజులు పట్టగా, 2022 నాటికి అది 28 రోజులకు తగ్గించగలిగారు.
164 అత్యాచారం కేసులు, 378 లైంగిక నేరాల కేసుల్లో కేవలం 7 రోజుల్లోనే ఛార్జిషీట్లు దాఖలు చేశారు. తీవ్రమైన కేసుల్లో 51 శాతానికిపైగా నిందితులను 48 గంటల్లోపు అరెస్టు చేశారు.
గతంలో DNA నివేదికలకు నెలలు పట్టేది. దిశ ఫోరెన్సిక్‌ వ్యవస్థతో వాటిని రోజుల్లోనే అందించే పరిస్థితి తీసుకొచ్చాం. 214 కేసుల్లో నిందితులకు శిక్షలు పడ్డాయి.
మే 2024 నాటికి మహిళలపై నేరాలు 27 శాతం తగ్గాయి. వార్షిక సగటు కేసులు 14,338 నుంచి 10,426కు తగ్గాయి.

ఇదీ దిశ ఇచ్చిన భరోసా. ఇవీ దిశ సాధించిన ఫలితాలు. అందుకే 19జాతీయ అవార్డులను మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో “దిశ’’ గెలుచుకుంది. “దిశ” అనేది కాగితాల మీదున్న పేరు కాదు. ప్రమాదంలో ఉన్న మహిళ SOS నొక్కిన క్షణం నుంచి, నిందితుడికి శిక్ష పడే వరకు ఆమెకు అండగా ఉండే సజీవమైన మహిళా రక్షణ నెట్‌వర్క్‌.

ఇప్పుడు చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం “BNS (భారతీయ న్యాయ సంహిత) చాలు, దిశ అవసరం లేదు” అంటోంది. మహిళల కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా రూపొందించిన SOS వ్యవస్థ, ప్రత్యేక మహిళా పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్లు, గ్రామ స్థాయి నుంచే మహిళా పోలీసులు, ప్రత్యేక పెట్రోలింగ్‌, లైంగిక నేరస్తుల డేటాబేస్‌, వేగవంతమైన ఫోరెన్సిక్‌ వ్యవస్థ, ప్రత్యేక ప్రాసిక్యూషన్‌, ప్రత్యేక కోర్టులు, నిర్ణీత సమయంలో దర్యాప్తు! న్యాయం అనే లక్ష్యానికి BNS ప్రత్యామ్నాయం ఎలా అవుతుంది?

మహిళలు, చిన్నారులపై తీవ్రమైన దారుణాలు జరిగినప్పుడు 7 పని రోజుల్లో పోలీసు దర్యాప్తు, ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌ దాఖలైన తర్వాత 14 పని రోజుల్లో కోర్టు విచారణ పూర్తి చేసేలా దిశ ద్వారా తీసుకొచ్చిన ప్రభుత్వం కూడా వైయస్సార్‌సీపీదే. 21 రోజుల్లోగా బాధితులకు న్యాయం అందించాలన్న అలాంటి లక్ష్యాన్ని కూడా ఈ ప్రభుత్వం విమర్శించడం మరింత బాధాకరం.

ఆ లక్ష్యం వెనుక ఉద్దేశం ఒక్కటే, దర్యాప్తులో జాప్యం ఉండకూడదు. విచారణలో ఆలస్యం ఉండకూడదు. మహిళలు, చిన్నారులపై నేరాలను అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యతతో వేగంగా విచారించాలి. నేరం చేస్తే చట్టం వేగంగా, కఠినంగా స్పందిస్తుందనే భయం నేరస్తుల్లో ఉండాలి. అలాంటి వ్యవస్థను మరింత బలోపేతం చేయాల్సింది పోయి, వేగంగా న్యాయం అందించాలనే లక్ష్యాన్నే తప్పుపట్టడం మహిళలకు ఏ సందేశం పంపుతోంది? మహిళలు, చిన్నారులకు సకాలంలో న్యాయం జరగాలని కోరుకోవడమే ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికి అభ్యంతరమా?
“దిశ”ను ఉపసంహరించుకోవడం ద్వారా @ncbn ప్రభుత్వం నేరస్తుల్లో చట్టంపై ఉన్న భయాన్ని తగ్గిస్తోంది. బాధిత మహిళల్లో ప్రభుత్వంపై ఉన్న విశ్వాసాన్ని దెబ్బతీస్తోంది. మహిళలు తమ రక్షణ కవచంగా భావించిన వ్యవస్థను లేకుండా చేస్తోంది.
మంత్రివర్గం ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని తక్షణమే వెనక్కి తీసుకోవాలి.
దిశను రద్దు చేయడం కాదు-రక్షించాలి.
దిశను నిర్వీర్యం చేయడం కాదు-మరింత బలోపేతం చేయాలి.

UPI లావాదేవీలపై ఛార్జీలు.. అమెరికా ఒత్తిడితోనే మోడీ సర్కార్‌ నిర్ణయం!

దేశంలో UPI లావాదేవీలపై భవిష్యత్తులో MDR (మర్చంట్ డిస్కౌంట్ రేట్) విధించేలా మోడీ సర్కార్‌ చట్టాల్లో మార్పులు చేసింది.

ఈ నిర్ణయం వెనుక అమెరికా ఒత్తిడి ఉందని GTRI (గ్లోబల్ ట్రేడ్ రీసెర్చ్ ఇనిషియేటివ్ ) ఆరోపించింది.

UPI, RuPayపై అమెరికా అభ్యంతరాల తర్వాతే ఈ సవరణలు జరిగాయని పేర్కొంది.

Visa, Mastercard వంటి విదేశీ సంస్థల కోసం భారత్ తన UPI విధానాలను మార్చకూడదని, దేశ ప్రయోజనాలు, జాతీయ భద్రతకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలని కేంద్రానికి GTRI సూచించింది.

You’re late, SIAM. Team Bharat had already raised this issue with the Ministry in last week’s meeting.

We clearly highlighted that E20 fuel can increase the risk of corrosion in petrol pump storage tanks, many of which are not designed for such blends.

Ethanol absorbs moisture, which can separate from petrol, leading to rusting inside the tanks. This rust can enter the fuel supply and potentially choke vehicle fuel pumps.

Our team members have consistently raised this concern in their videos and content as well.

The popular belief in the market that a good CA can get u a big refund is wrong . It's actually a bad CA who'll give a big refund like this. It's not like ca's who inform u about the consequences of fake deductions cannot claim that. We very easily can give u all the refund you would like. We won't face the consequences u will.

We hesitate to claim, not because we can't put the numbers but because we have seen the consequences of scrutiny and penalty destroy the mental n financial health of the assessee. A good CA will give u a heads up. will tell you when something isn't legally claimable. Risk losing the client. That's not bad service. That's called being responsible.

The DSC paper leak and the injustices committed in the name of the sports quota have once again brought the anger and frustration of Gen-Z across Andhra Pradesh to the forefront today. The rallies organised at district headquarters by the Student and Youth Wings of the YSR Congress Party, together with the people, were a resounding success.

The youth strongly demanded the immediate resignation of Education Minister @naralokesh, holding him accountable for the DSC irregularities, and called for a comprehensive CBI inquiry into every irregularity, from the paper leak to the recruitment under the sports quota. It is the @ncbn Government that has forced talented young aspirants, who should have secured jobs on merit, to take to the streets in protest.

The Chandrababu Government, which was expected to deliver justice to unemployed youth who worked day and night to secure teacher jobs, instead shattered their future through leaks and irregularities in the DSC process. Even though the evidence and proof are clearly before everyone, neither Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu nor Education Minister Nara Lokesh has spoken a word about them. Instead, they are attempting to cover up the issue through diversionary tactics.

In our effort to achieve the legitimate demands of the youth, we will intensify this movement in many more forms with the active participation of students and young people. Congratulations to all the youth and students who participated in today's rallies. The YSR Congress Party will always stand by them.
