@HDFC_Bank@HDFCBank_Cares I'm not able to get bank statement from any of the source from past 3 months. Tried whatsapp banking, mobile Banking, NetBanking, even statement got on mail also not opening. Pathetic response.

First they cancel your order from the dark Store . Sometimes by assigning the delivery agent or without it .
You get multiple refunds and your account is flagged & blocked.
Last night the order got cancelled by the store 4 times and the account was blocked
This is not just an isolated event
This happens with many users and their algorithm is so shit that they can't identify something basic like this .
What's more appalling is their premium black customer care tells you to uninstall and install app as solution if your order got cancelled

@bankofbaroda it's been 3 months after opening savings account with BOB, still not received physical Debit card. Despite failing several requests with branch and customer helpline, I'm posting here to get Debit card.

(2/2) They started quarrelling and saying in harsh manner as contract was already extended, go and check the extension papers in office. I asked to write the expiry date of contract period in display, but they denied the same. Expecting proper response. Thank you.

@AJIOLife I placed an order on Ajio and it was cancelled automatically on Oct 10th and refund was initiated, you mentioned refund reference number also , I used my friends credit cards to do payment, can you DM me the last 4 digits of credit card number, refund id will provide
