@UbisoftSupport It turns out that my exs ubisoft account was linked to my xbox so I had support take it off. I linked mine and everything works fine now. I heard people are fixing it by changing their password and relogging in.

@JasonCoburn6 @UbisoftSupport I had the same issue. Something is wrong with your ubisoft connect. I had to unlink and link again. Some others said to change the ubisoft password.
