I am concerned about this. I would love to see many, if not all of my 84 y/o dad’s meds removed, but if his doctors are incentivized to remove them, especially his pain medicine, how can we know they are doing what’s best for my dad and not what’s best for their bank account. The medical system needs to be fixed, but I just don’t trust people being paid to “behave”.
