Hearing profound insights but not integrating them is why the informed ill are a dime a dozen. Pick one of these ideas and actually work on it for a year. Therapy is the change, not the soundbite.
It is literally insane simultaneously to think that 16 and 17 year olds are mature enough to vote but not mature enough to look at Instagram at 8:30pm. This is comically absurd.

If you can, share these images of the beautiful soul stolen from us by the worst of humanity.
Let his face today burn bright.
Barney, I promise you there will be accountability 💛💚
For You. For Grace. For Ian.
“I think I’m greedy, but I’m not greedy for money – I think that can be a burden – I’m greedy for an exciting life. I want it to be exciting all the time, and I get it, actually.
On the other hand, I can find excitement, I admit, in raindrops falling on a puddle and a lot of people wouldn’t. I intend to have it exciting until the day I fall over.”

All these “my therapist said” posts are from accounts promoting AI. They know less than nothing about psychotherapy.
Real psychotherapy is about inviting patients to explore *their own* experience. Not making canned speeches.
Finding out “why”—the patient’s why—is the therapy.
Everyone needs to pay attention tomorrow the #Nottinghaminquiry is important for all of us. Our services and the State has put us all in danger for years and these families are fighting for justice for their loved ones but also for all of us. We owe them a debt of gratitude.
When I spend too much time online, I become convinced that humanity is cooked. Then I go outside and everything is fine.
And my feed is relatively positive compared to many others. It's no wonder there are so many doomers.
IMPORTANT ❗️
Further to my late post last night. Believe all can read this.
Pse share and help us expose the CPS (Alan Murphy and Samantha Shallows) what they tried to hide.
Will also share documents and exhibits they chose to class as ‘unused’ evidence in another post.
It’s shocking…..
Huge scale of UK's mental health-related killings exposed in Nottingham Inquiry https://t.co/nTVzgQm9oT
An underestimate by a country mile Josh. @JoshHartley_
So much uncounted harm….
Is the organisation fit for real purpose?
Deep inner suffering inevitably arises when the human person is reduced to performance, consumption, or a statistical datum. Many young people today live under the yoke of expectations to perform, immersed in an exasperated competitiveness that generates anxiety, fear of not measuring up, and disorientation.
Not all suffering is “bad” - to love is to suffer, because to love is to risk loss. I suffer my grief, and would not trade it. My grief is a reminder of the beloved person that is lost.
As CS Lewis said, we can be safe only by not loving, & in doing so, make life sad & small
We must, then, avoid the “Babel syndrome,” namely the idolatry of profit that sacrifices the weak, a uniformity that neutralizes differences, and the pretense that a single language — even a digital one — can translate everything, including the mystery of the person, into data and performance. This is the risk of dehumanization: building a future that excludes God and reduces the other to a means.
🧵 A list:
1. The job of parent includes helping children thrive independently as adults.
2. Be the “manager,” not the “best friend.”
3. Responsibilities increase ALONG with privileges.
4. Your children != a re-do of your lost childhood, OR your therapy.
5. Get your OWN therapy.
