After 2 hrs I asked another Aeroflot agent to help me, she said all I could do was complain on the system and purchase a new full ticket. I was told by the same agent purchasing online would be cheaper. (5/9)

After 3 hrs at the Aeroflot ticket counter I was told by an Aeroflot agent my return flights are canceled because I missed my flight. I asked another Aeroflot agent that I needed help, she told me she would speak to her supervisor. She went upstairs and never returned. (4/9)
