@British_Airways On the covid travel docs form it said that I didn't need to upload my covid vaccination certificate(to be checked in person). Now I got an email saying I need to upload it. I click on the link to do that, but there is no box to add the certificate. What do I do?

Hi @British_Airways, I've been trying to upload my covid documents as required to check in online, but when I click on the link to form it says there's an error - since without the documents it does not allow me to check in, should I just check in at the airport then?

@British_Airways Hi one of the flights in my booking has been cancelled, I read on the website that I can "rebook my flight to an alternative date via Manage My Booking" but when I go on the Manage My Booking page it says I have to call you to rebook. What should I do?
