“Our priority is to ensure fairness, equality and dignity #ForEveryChild and family in #Syria,” said Ms. @HindKabawat during today’s joint social protection workshop. Supported by #ILO, #UNICEF & #WFP, the workshop aimed to strengthen social protection system in the country.

I held constructive discussions with the caretaker authorities regarding the situation of girls and boys in #Syria, the importance of ongoing humanitarian efforts and UNICEF’s commitment to supporting an inclusive transition to help the country on the path to recovery.
As I arrive in Syria today, I look forward to meeting with children & communities. After nearly 14 years of conflict, 16.7 m people, including 7.5 m children, are in need of assistance. UNICEF remains committed in supporting the children & the country on the road to recovery
