Vance is right. Trump's 2nd-term corruption dwarfs anything that has ever occurred in US history. The brazenness and impunity that he's put on display has desensitized and disoriented the public. For that reason, an event like Watergate, were it to happen today, would probably be seen as a nothingburger. Certainly by MAGA, who have little interest in truth to begin with.
