@AndyRobsonTips Cheap beans for practice, then try the best specialties (beans freeze well, defrost flat and uncovered), make sure the milk (and jug) is really cold, and clean the milk frother religiously (gets quietly bogging if you’re not careful and one day it’ll gie you the boak). It’s fab!
