@elliottswrstlin Dave isn’t selling history or interested in it unless it’s an obit. He’s selling that current wrestling has to be the best wrestling. For whatever reason he deems fit, usually moves. Good for subs for him, bad from the number one historian out there.

@pwoloss It’s quite simple. Dave has a newsletter to sell to modern fans. Those fans aren’t going back to look at history. So he sells current day matches as the best ever. Smart business for him but incredibly wrong in the grand scheme of things.
