Proclaiming the praises of Him who called me out of darkness into His marvelous light. (1 Peter 2:9)
A Christian, a wife, a mommy. I think that sums it up.
Being fed up with your country doesn’t release you from your responsibility to it. You still live here. Your children will inherit what you leave behind, including the consequences of whatever you decided wasn’t worth the trouble.
Scripture gives Christians obligations that don’t depend on whether we like the people in office. We are told to pray “for kings and all who are in high positions” (1 Tim 2:1–2), to give “honor to whom honor is owed” (Rom 13:7), and to “rescue those who are being taken away to death” (Prov 24:11). Those commands speak to how we exercise the authority entrusted to us as citizens.
Even the Israelites carried into Babylon were told to “seek the welfare of the city…for in its welfare you will find your welfare” (Jer 29:7). They owed that duty to a place they never chose. We ought to think carefully before excusing ourselves from responsibility for a country we inherited through other people’s sacrifices.
Young men, November 3 is one week away. Take the time to know your ballot. Pray, and go vote with the understanding that your choices affect people you have a duty to love.
No party is entitled to your worship. You belong to Christ, and you will answer to Him for what you did with what He entrusted to you.
A head of state committing a rescue mission to God and reading Deuteronomy to the world. Pray the four Salvadoran men come home alive, and pray for the people of Haiti who have lived under these gangs for years. The magistrate doesn’t bear the sword in vain (Rom 13:4).
"Rescue those who are being taken away to death" (Prov 24:11). Kaylub Giamanco watched a boy carry a shotgun into
his daughters’ school and went in after him. A teacher with no weapon fought the gunman. God used them to spare many lives. Teach your sons that guarding the weak is part of what it means to be a man.
I have served in the pulpit and in the Senate. From both places I can tell you the silence of pastors has cost us dearly. The watchman who saw the sword coming and would not blow the trumpet was held responsible for the blood (Ezek 33:6). Pastors, open your mouths.
FORBIDDEN STUDIOS PRESENTS: THE NATURAL ORDER
Deep within the jungle, a peculiar species has developed an extraordinary social hierarchy.
Its members display unwavering loyalty to their alpha, regardless of his failures.
But as with all things in nature, appearances can be deceiving.
This man got an urgent cable to send to Washington about Christian Churches at risk in Israel. He decided to throw it away and conceal it from the president. He also concealed the number of Americans murdered by Israel in Gaza.
Huckabee defends him because he's an anti-Christian Jewophile who is a traitor to Jesus and the United States.
Please watch this video about my son, Brian Cole, Jr. It shows the pressure he faced during his interrogation and explains why his response matters. I ask you to watch with an open mind, listen closely, and share so more people can hear his story. We will keep fighting for Brian. ❤️
FORBIDDEN STUDIOS PRESENTS: WHEN PILOT IS FIGHTING, PLUMBER IS FLYING
One plane. One sword. One plumbing emergency.
The biggest Bollywood action psyop of the year has arrived.
Since a tremendous number of—let’s call them “visitors”—have decided to join me here on my X profile, let me take this opportunity to share with you the most important thing you could possibly know.
(No, it has nothing to do with women)
You were made for God. To paraphrase the great theologian Augustine, your heart will be restless until it finds its rest in your Creator.
But all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God—you and me included. This sin has set you at enmity with God. There is nothing you can do in your own strength or power to become righteous enough, holy enough, or clean enough to ascend his holy mountain and stand in his presence.
In your own strength, you simply have no hope.
But glory of glories, God did for you what you could not do yourself. He did not simply stand above and bid you make the impossible climb. Instead, He stooped. He came down. He took on mortal flesh in the person of Jesus Christ. He fulfilled all righteousness. He died in your place for your sins upon the cross. He was buried, and on the third day He rose again.
If you will turn to him in faith, he will freely forgive you of all of your sins, put his Holy Spirit in you, and give you his very self forever.
One sinner to another? Take the offer. It won't stand forever. You are not promised tomorrow.
FORBIDDEN STUDIOS PRESENTS: THE LORD OF THE MICS
One microphone to rule them all.
Many laid claim to it.
But from beyond the darkness, a light was coming.
