@GlobalCrispe @sterlinghelp @sterlinghelp @Sterling_Bankng has done nothing to address this issue as claimed. I have decided to give them ample time to redress the complaint but to no avail.
They merely apologised without remedy.
They claimed the staff in question has resigned from Sterling.

@sterlinghelp @GlobalCrispe I have been let down my @Sterling_Bankng @sterlinghelp i have raised a complaint which exposed the lack of knowledge of the bank's product giving wrong advice. Since last last year, it's been excuses all the way.
