BREAKING: With 99.7% of #Colombia's vote tallied, Abelardo de la Espriella and Ivan Cepeda will be headed to a runoff election on June 21. De la Espriella notched 43.7% of the vote, while Cepeda secured 40.9%. Paloma Valencia and Sergio Fajardo won 6.9% and 4.2%, respectively.
