In an exclusive interview with The Associated Press (AP), Pannun said he remains “unfazed and undaunted” by India’s Modi government’s attempts to assassinate him.

“I’m not afraid of their [India’s] death threats,” Pannun said, adding that he will continue organizing the October 18 Khalistan Referendum in Edmonton, Alberta.

BREAKING - NEW THREAT ON GURPATWANT SINGH PANNUN’S LIFE

Prominent Sikh activist and Sikhs for Justice general counsel “Gurpatwant Singh Pannun” has revealed that the FBI and RCMP have issued him a fresh Duty to Warn alert over a new credible threat to his life.
FBI agents visited him last Thursday and advised him not to travel until the threat is neutralized. The RCMP followed up with a phone warning on Tuesday. No further details of the plot were provided.

This comes even as Nikhil Gupta, the Indian national who pleaded guilty in the 2023 assassination plot against Pannun, awaits sentencing on November 20 in Manhattan federal court. U.S. authorities have previously stated Gupta was directed by an Indian government employee.
Pannun, a dual U.S.-Canadian citizen, is once again under active threat.

Secessionist group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has today released a definitive visual evidence showing that “Kill Money” was funneled to assassin Karan Brar by Pawan Kumar Rai, the Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) official expelled from Canada by the Trudeau government in September 2023.

The newly released material includes a photograph of assassination suspect *Karan Brar holding a stack of currency that SFJ estimates at approximately $100,000, while holding a firearm. SFJ alleges that the firearm is linked to the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

SFJ is also releasing what it describes as operational records showing that expelled R&AW station chief Pawan Kumar Rai coordinated more than $300,000 in funding for the alleged hit team.

According to SFJ, the R&AW operation provided the logistical, intelligence and financial infrastructure used to carry out the assassination of a Canadian citizen on Canadian soil.

“We are forced to release this critical evidence publicly to counter Modi regimes disinformation and Indian diplomats covering India’s role in assassination of Shaheed Nijjar,” stated *Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for SFJ.
