राजस्थान की ब्यूरोक्रेसी में बड़ा धमाका: IAS भारती दीक्षित ने पति IAS आशीष मोदी के खिलाफ दर्ज कराई FIR

राजस्थान की नौकरशाही में सनसनीखेज मोड़ आया है। जयपुर में तैनात IAS अधिकारी भारती दीक्षित ने अपने पति IAS आशीष मोदी के खिलाफ गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए SMS अस्पताल थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है।

यह FIR दिनांक 7 नवंबर को दर्ज की गई, जिसमें भारती दीक्षित ने BNS की धाराएं 81, 308(2), 127(2), 140(3), 61(2) और आईटी एक्ट की धारा 66(C) एवं 66(D) के तहत मामला दर्ज कराया है।

एफआईआर में भारती दीक्षित ने आरोप लगाया है कि आशीष मोदी ने उन्हें झूठ बोलकर और भावनात्मक रूप से फंसाकर विवाह के लिए विवश किया, और विवाह के बाद अपने प्रभाव का उपयोग करते हुए अपने नागालैंड कैडर को राजस्थान कैडर में परिवर्तित करवा लिया।

एफआईआर में आगे आरोप लगाया गया है कि आशीष मोदी अत्यधिक शराब का सेवन करते हैं, गुंडे व असामाजिक तत्वों के साथ मेलजोल रखते हैं, शारीरिक उत्पीड़न करते हैं, और अन्य महिलाओं के साथ संबंध रखते हैं।

भारती ने यह भी दावा किया है कि आशीष मोदी ने उनके मोबाइल फोन को दो अन्य डिवाइसों से लिंक कर रखा था, जिससे वह गोपनीय जानकारियाँ चुराकर उन्हें ब्लैकमेल करते रहे।

एफआईआर में भारती दीक्षित ने स्वयं और अपने परिवार की सुरक्षा की मांग करते हुए यह भी अनुरोध किया है कि आशीष मोदी को उनके आवंटित सरकारी मकान में प्रवेश से रोका जाए।
