@Aliandrana That's why I use shaders. In ideal case it costs only one draw call per each layer. Also since 1.3.1 Defold has frustum culling for sprites!
@bjornritzl It's a sprite stacking technique. A bunch of sprites rendered on top of each other, slightly offset. I use vertex shader to create this effect.
