As we move closer to the 2027 General Elections, it is important to know the key timelines and how you can participate at every stage.

Funny how the timeline has come full circle.

About a year ago, I wrote that we truly cannot build a nation on ring lights alone. Looking at the conversation around the so-called olodo uprising, I think we are finally having the conversation that post was trying to start.

What we celebrate eventually becomes what we produce.

If the loudest voices become the most valuable voices, if visibility keeps replacing substance, if virality becomes the measure of success, then we shouldn’t be surprised when competence struggles to command attention.

This conversation goes far beyond one creator or one viral moment but more about what we reward as a people.

I still believe what I wrote then. Nations need creators and entertainers. They also need scientists, teachers, engineers, journalists, entrepreneurs and policy thinkers. A healthy society knows how to celebrate both.

Perhaps the real issue has never been content creation but what we have chosen to elevate….hopefully we can all come to fix what we have created so we are all not consumed by the uprisen olodos that have dominated our public discussion arena!

Imagine living with sickle cell and having painful crises that even Ibuprofen can not solve. I'm glad i was able to break free from pentazocine addiction.

pentazocine is no joke, on this particular day I had it cause I had this unbearable pain but Omo, I was seeing things, felt like I was in an action movie, the feeling was so good I was loosing control of my mind, I was so scared I thought I was never coming back. I thought I was going mad. Since then no matter the pain paracetamol is my limit.
